Being new to Barrie we were very satisfied with Affordable Comfort’s response when we experienced no heat from our furnace. When the technician, Mathew Jones was on the way to our house we were very impressed to receive a brief personal introduction with his photo, which provided a level of security, comfort and confidence. Mat was thorough in examining and diagnosing the issue with our furnace and solved the problem. He also was helpful in answering all our questions.

Our central air system stopped working when the thermometer hit 40 celsius, and thank goodness for Aire One! Our landlord asked us to find someone in Barrie to fix it, and when the service fellow (Michael) showed up, it was up and running within the hour. He was pleasant and knew his stuff. Thank you Aire One for great service.

Brandon is an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and most importantly provided a thorough explanation of what was being done. He didnt rush through the job and took his time to troubleshoot and diagnose my AC problem.
