They were very helpful when I called after my car broke down. With Covid tow trucks dont take passengers, Deans offered to pick me up to take me home. Then picked me up when the repair was done. They went so far as to call Nissan and confirm I had all the info I needed to be reimbursed because my vehicle was still under warranty, but I had no way of getting to North Bay or Bracebridge to a Nissan dealership. Highly Deans for auto repair! Amazing people!!!!!

Toyota has amazing customer service , best in town for sure ! I purchased my 2016 Toyota Rav 4 last May, and I could not be happier with it! It has everything I could need and more , not to mention it's gorgeous! I found the staff there so great! They are all knowledgeable , honest friendly people. I had gone to another dealership in town before deciding on Festing Toyota and it was a horrible experience. I Couldn't have asked for a better experience at Toyota they were excellent.

I drive a Toyota and after my warranty was up I no longer wanted to pay Toyota’s high maintenance cost. I needed new front and back brakes and I’m happy to have found these guys. The owners of this garage worked many years for toyota and are the best mechanics.Their service is superb and their cost is less than any dealership. I rarely write reviews but wanted to give a shout out for tHometown Garage.
