First time in store.the BEST help offered, and can u imagine some great humour too. so often missing in sales.
Have not yet used products bought, but excited about doing so. Great experience, esp. when I had trouble finding what I wanted elsewhere!!!

The swales staff were very pleasant and very knowledgable.The store space with open and easy to move around in and able to get a good look at the merchandise. The reason I am back is tht I am inerested in a new bed and their flyer interested me.

Had several great experiences at this store. Sales rep Adam Bryan was extremely helpful in selecting and ordering our appliances and making sure everything was correct. The store manager, Syed, went out of his way to assist us when the pandemic caused delays in appliances due to chip shortages. Would highly recommend this store.
