We needed a oil change pre travel on our GMC Sierra truck. While waiting the manager came out into the parking lot to greet us, chat with us and offer us either a hot/cold beverage. Patel our service technician was so efficient and so very gracious. This man does not stop moving! He put the correct air pressure in our tires, quickly changed our oil, AND replaced our windshield wipers. One of our newly purchased wipers was faulty; he installed a new Michelin substitute. We highly recommend them!!

I have visited this location several times now to receive their oil change/ car wash package. Oasis offers a free wash with any oil change package and their entire facility is top notch. Clean shop and your car comes out very clean after a wash. The oli changes are quick, but comprehensive. During an oil change service, the technicians consistently check your tire pressure (accurately), lubricate your hinges (when required) and check your coolant life. The staff are very friendly and only suggest what truly requires changing. When I contacted them about a problem I discovered, they promptly took me in and resolved the issue with a friendly and humble approach that I rarely experience in automotive service facilities.
I highly recommend Oasis to anyone who is looking for a great oil change experience in the Barrie and surrounding area.

For the last 8 years I have exclusively used this location for all my family vehicles. I have found them to be extremely professional and courteous every single time I have had my vehicles serviced. I highly recommend them as a local business that delivers what is advertised in a cost effective and efficient manner. My personal vehicle has 330,000 kms and purrs on the full synthetic they use.

Vehicle broke down in Barrie on a Friday morning when I arrived from out of town. My parents and spouse had used Marshall's in the past and were satisfied with the service so I contacted their office and explained my situation. I run a small business up north therefore had to be back on Sunday. They asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away and leave it with them. They had already started pricing parts before I arrived to expedite the repair process. Within 2 hours I received a call to advise that my truck was ready for pick up. My bill was fair and reasonable for the parts and labour completed on very short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone.
