Big shoutout to David Psaila at Affordable Comfort Ltd. He just finished up maintaining my furnace and he was great. Super professional but also just a down-to-earth person who’s easy to talk to.
He didn't just blast through the job; he actually flagged a few things that needed to be addressed and taught me some stuff about my furnace that I had no clue about as well as things to keep an eye on. It's great to find someone honest who isn't just trying to upsell you.

I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

Their service is fast and professional. They explain what they are doing and are reliable. Highly recommend them to any new or old homeowner in Barrie and surrounding areas.

Our central air system stopped working when the thermometer hit 40 celsius, and thank goodness for Aire One! Our landlord asked us to find someone in Barrie to fix it, and when the service fellow (Michael) showed up, it was up and running within the hour. He was pleasant and knew his stuff. Great service. They solved a problem with a air circulation unit (no power to switch) and were able to move a thermostat for better access (innovative approach). Cleaned up afterwards. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommend!
