I have not closed my house yet but based on my experiences with the staff from Robert to Janet, all seemed very positive.
I have been changing my color choices, from granite to laminate flooring to carpet and I know how annoying it is but all I can feel from Roma staff is patience and more patience. Cant complain.

I recently purchase a granite countertop for my kitchen and received great service and price. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and they were able to fabricate and install my counter faster than anyone else. Their selection is great. Ask for Mike when you go in, he's wonderful to work with.
