Great service began on entering showroom. Christine was courteous and knowledgeable. The follow up was scheduled promptly and Joe and Jonathan arrived on time to measure and prepare estimate. It was a pleasure to interact with this “team”. They were friendly and so easy to talk to. We had every confidence that they would do a good job. They did not disappoint. Fireplace King did our whole house new build. A high efficiency furnace and air conditioning system, a heat recovery system, a domestic hot water system, a hot water radiant floor system in the basement and garage.

Very professional and accommodating. They were able to work around our schedule. They took the time to explain things to me and were very quick efficient and clean! They installed a gas fireplace for us and did a BEAUTIFUL job on the stonework around it! I would recommend this business to everyone. Great customer service.
