I was having an issue with my furnace and couldn't diagnose it. I called Meer Mechanical and they had someone out to my place within a day. The tech had to show up before and after his scheduled shift in order to fit me in. There was a slight discrepancy on the invoice re: the time the tech was at my house. I called John the owner and discussed the bill with him. He made it right and was concerned about my satisfaction as a customer. Rare to find that in contractors these days.

Huge shout out to Mission Gasbusters. They were awesome with our gas line install. Accommodated a short notice request, fixed a part issue (the supplier of our fire pit sent the wrong natural gas conversion part) and went above and beyond all around in terms of service and doing the job. Quality service and work!!! Thank you!!!

I picked Ian's company randomly - looking for help to relight a pilot light on the hot water heater at my family's cottage at Cultus Lake. Friday afternoon on a long weekend.
