SMOOTH PROCESS! Got our recalled stove replaced by a Napoleon unit from Ultra Comfort Guelph on Woodlawn road. They traveled to my house and performed a very nice job. Very happy with service, the product and the price. Strongly recommend them for people in the market for fireplace.

You made the process of selecting and installing our new fireplace easy, efficient and enjoyable. From the start, we felt the staff including Scott were extremely knowledgeable and helpful - answering questions, providing samples, and following up as needed. The installation process was well organized and we were so impressed by the level of professionalism. The skill and craftsmanship in this work is clearly evident. Ian installed and framed in a linear fireplace for us. He was always so accommodating and his workmanship was superb. He strives to ensure that you are completely satisfied with his work and was very knowledgeable about fireplaces and construction details and worked very well with our other contractors to always help,us out.
