I went to another shop in town to replace my laptop fan. I was told parts weren't available, or at best would take weeks to get, and cost over $200 to fix. I went to see Chad on 8th Street. He had the fan in stock and had my laptop fixed the same day for under $100.

I had Dan over to clarify what I had been told by a different company's technician and was impressed to hear not only what he said but how he explained it as well. I understood what he meant and he calmly explained things I wasn't too clear on. His professional manners and appearance right away put me at ease and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to have found someone I can trust both with my computer and in my home.
