We have taken our family and business vehicles to Action for a number of years and the service is top drawer. Tony and the team make you feel like you are important. They always give us an honest assessment of our needs and offer a choice of options to suit our budget. They sell quality products that they stand behind and often take care of a flat or checking our tires at no charge. I was driving a 2013 Kia Rio and absolutely loved it! after driving it for 2 years and the over 240,000 KMs from the previous owner I did have to say goodbye to it. I came to applewood looking for the exact same vehicle, model and color and to my surprise John had my Exact car on the lot!
John was extremally knowledgeable and friendly with me, he and Nelson made sure I was 100% satisfied with my vehicle. Jenny and Gagan in the finance office were patient, helpful and made sure I felt confident.
