Laura is a gem, and I am so grateful to have her amazing services and expert knowledge. The selection of products and food is by far, the best, I’ve seen in the surrounding area. When my 15 year old tabby was managing his last weeks of life with cancer, Laura was always there to provide me with her knowledge and thoughts on the type of food he might like. We are always quick to report poor customer service however I would like to report the wonderful customer service I always receive in the Smith Falls location. Daryl, who served me to-day and the young lady working with him (01/25/19 - 11:40 AM) are the most helpful employees I have had the pleasure of dealing with, each and every visit! They should be complimented on their excellent customer service!
