My girlfriend took her car in to have a window replaced from vandalism. The person she talked to made her feel like the criminal instead of the victim. Very unprofessional and rude. To top it off they charged her $50.00 to cover the missing window with saran rap. Nor could she get an estimate for the replacement. Needless to say we will never return.

I went in for a detail and after an hour of leaving my car there they called and gave me a price on my windshield. I didn't book right away instead I called around to price check and was extremely impressed if there affordable pricing. Because I was getting a detail they lowered the already low price on my windshield by$30. The detail was amazing definitely worth every penny I paid. The staff was awesome and friendly. Gave me a free shuttle to and from work. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Went there for a quote on windshield replacement. They wouldn't give me a full price including tax, saying there were shop fees and other charges involved. Asked again for a full price, got the same response. When I tried backing out of their VERY cramped parking lot, an employee boxed my car in and would not move for several minutes. Will NOT be returning. Other ships I visited were much cleaner and less cramped than theirs.

Definitely will be coming back

I'll start by saying that I am really particular when it comes to my truck. For the first time ever I had the misfortune of having my back window vandelized. obviously wanting to go to a reputable shop, I asked around and My boss recommended Platinum Glass on 22nd street. where he has taken his work trucks for the past 4 years. They took care of all the dealings with SGI, paper work,and even gave me a free express detail which was a nice not having glass in my car to deal with. Thanks guys!

I'll start by say...

I'll start by saying that I am really particular when it comes to my truck, so for the first time ever I had the misfortune of having my back window vandalized. Obviously wanting to go to a reputable shop, I asked around and my boss recommended Platinum Glass on 22nd street where he has taken our work trucks for the past 4 years. They took care of all the dealings with SGI, paper work,and even gave me a free express detail which was a nice not having glass in my truck to deal with. Thanks guys!
