    Horrible service and nobody seems to know how to fix problems been there several times because I could not send or receive a pic through sms aka texting and 5 times nobody could help even after buying a 1500 oneplus still couldn't send a pic, even the manager Lorenzo refused to help worst store ever

    Shockingly Bad

    This has got to be probably the worst Telus store i have ever visited. The staff including the manager are in no way knowledgeable about anything. I'm not discouraging TELUS as overall they are a great company, just this individual store. If you wish to go to a TELUS store, I would recommend going to any other store other than this one.
