    Went in to get my boot repaired. Guy couldn't be bothered, just told me they couldn't be repaired without even looking at them. Don't waste your time...

    I phoned for ONE detail. How much would it cost to replace the heel tips on my ladies' stilettos. Instead of being told, $15-3 syllables, I got asked to hold, then I listened to the conversation in background for longer than 15 minutes. Firstly his prices are too high, and when I dropped by store to point out he could have answered my question quickly; he kicked me out. Bad attitude; this place doesn't deserve your business.
