Had the unfortunate pleasure of being assigned this company to me by my Insurance. We went through a major flood and the whole house was ruined. Obviously distraught, we depended on Don from ServiceMaster to help us through this ordeal. A very dishonest person and business. They took extra money from us on top of the claim and did not finish the work. We are taking legal action now & the Insurance company is 100% supporting us and paying for legal fees. They're on their way to being blacklisted
