We have had nothing but horrible service from Leon’s Simcoe.I was giving them the benefit of the doubt from the bad experience 10yrs ago where they would not order a kitchen table in for me.I had to go to Burlington to get it.I recently bought an Over the Range microwave & am not satisfied with it & the owner could care less.He says there is a restocking fee & states that on the receipt. Funny I never got a receipt until 4 days later when I called & complained.Think twice before supporting Brad!

We have had a disappointment at one time, but the last couple of times we have been in Leons they have been great! The last time I wondered if my Sealy mattress would be comparable with a elevating base and the phoned a Sealy distributor to make sure and got back to us. Wow

Avoid this location. Horrible customer service. Made in China cheap furniture sold for a premium prices . Avoid simcoe Leons

My husband and I stopped by the Leon’s in Simcoe last weekend as we had heard from our realtor that their variety of products, prices and service could not be beat. After spending a half an hour with Melanie, we had outfitted our new home with a full suite of new appliances and were very pleased with her knowledge, and excellent customer service. Melanie ensured that we received the best value for our appliances. We will definitely return to this store. Thanks very much, Trish & Jim
