Started out enjoying this clinic But when I paid over 1300$ for a cut in my dog’s paw and had to go back I was charged another 170$. Antibiotics- fine I paid. Cone -fine I paid. 40$ for a few rolls of gauze and some stretch wrap, Wouldn’t even include them in the price I already paid .The stitches popped open due to the area of the cut and it needs to be redressed every day at home . When asked to speak to supervisor told no They already have my message and are busy doing inventory. Hung up on

This past February I brought my 7 year old chihuahua in for a check up and vaccines. I was very happy with the level of care we received, from explaining each vaccine and why they're needed, to tick prevention options and dental care. Vada is getting older and it's important to us to make sure we are doing everything we can to keep her healthy and safe. I would recommend this clinic.

I was visiting family from out of town last week when my Boston got sick and we were worried she got into something. My parents bring their dog here so we brought her in, luckily they had space the same day. We are forever grateful they treated Lola so quickly!

What a great clinic...the team took excellent care of my little Chihuahua. It's very apparent they all love what they do and everyone was very friendly and attentive. The level of care was amazing. Highly recommend.

I don’t know what we would have done if it weren’t for Dr. Thompson. After having a terrible experience at another clinic, we were feeling defeated when local emergency clinics were too busy for us. But we were referred to Jackson Creek since they take walk ins and they saved our kittens life… thank you!!!

One of the worst vet clinics ever. They just don't care about the animals. The vet doesn't seem to know anything and the staff is rude. Every time our pets have had issues they have failed to help. Plus they are expensive and we have signed up for the VCA+ care plan and still can't get them to actually provide proper care for our pets when needed.

Been going here for years never had an issue until new ‘nurse’ Kelly was VERY rude. I came with my daughter and the doctor had no issues with her being in the room with me as we don’t have a vehicle my daughter was there to help me. Kelly then decided to tell my daughter to leave because kellys mother had an immune disease.. No one else had an issue but her. We were also told our cat needed to be hospitalized and watched overnight for $900 but no one would be there between the hours of 12am-8am

Do not bring your loved pet here for any kind of emergency! I was given incorrect directions on route by them that led to an extra 30 min. The rooms were disgusting. No one had cleaned the room before we entered, there was hair everywhere. The tech who checked us in was unable to find a pulse after 10 mins she gave up. When a vet did arrive she did not touch or look at my dog she just suggested xrays and testing. Just a money grab with poorly trained staff all around.

I’ve been bringing my kitten Marcus here since his second set of vaccinations, the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I just got him back from being nutered and they took great care of him. Highly recommend!

Was not impressed, took my dog to get neutered and it ended up costing us over $1000, and my dog a tremendous amount of stress due to the two surgeries he had to have because of their mistakes. Would not recommend this if you don’t want to see your loved one under alot of stress and pain. They also lost are personal items we brought in for our dog, then called and said they found it so we can come in to get it and then waited forever for them to say they can’t find it again. Terrible service.

Really unimpressed. I booked an app for 10am I send my boyfriend and they tell him that I booked for 10:30 which is not the case. They are simply behind schedule which is fine, don’t lie. On top of that they cut two of dogs nails, one of which is so bad it’s bleeding a lot. When my boyfriend brought back my dog I was shocked, so I called them to ask what happened. They said oh well becuase his nails where long ?! So ?! That means you need to cut them until they bleed?! Not happy with service

I loved this vet. I took many of my pets there for years. I adopted a senior cat and she lived 6 more years with us and recently became very sick. I did all i could but it was time.I called my vet..this vet to put her down. The issue was I only had $100 to my name and would be paid 2 days later..I asked if they could do this for my fur baby. They said no but I could apply for medic aid.She died in my arms.It will haunt me forever. Money not pets obviously only care. I spent 300 a week prior.sad

The reception staff are always friendly, and encouraged me to bring my puppy by just for a visit so he doesn’t think the vet is a bad place. Our actual vet was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything as he conducted the initial exam and the different vaccines. He has a bit of a thick accent, but obviously genuinely cares about my puppy’s wellbeing. Will definitely be back
