Terrible service. I transferred my lease and paid a 550$ transfer fee and signed off on all paperwork to transfer the vehicle to the new owner. The dealership called me two and half months later to say the transfer is not complete. This is after they had confirmed the transfer was completed. They told me I was still responsible for the vehicle even though the ownership were transferred and Ford had approved the application. It affected my credit and they took zero blame for any of it even though

They give you one price before you come in and than they don't come even close to it once you are there.

Great service

Bought my F150 here after spending a lot of time shopping around. The sales staff and service were great and I would definitely return. Ended up being the best deal as well so no complaints at all. No problem recommending.

Be Fair!

I was looking at the Yellow Page site and noticed a company I deal with(Lincoln Heigths Ford) had a one star rating.To my surprise the rating seems to be based on one review in which I'm not sure if the customer compared his prices elsewhere.I believe some reviews and ratings should be taken lightly because for 20 years I've purchased vehicles and have had friends and family purchase vehicles and have always had exceptional service,both on quality and fair pricing.Great team!!!Thanks Pat
