Purchased 3 stools 2 yrs ago which are still fine (pic 1) and then purchased 3 more 3 months back (pic 2-3) and all were defective with very low back or hardly any back. Called 2 months back about this and they refused to exchange. Extremely bad business.

It is not easy to find a piece of furniture on short notice, looking for a practical sofa, I have struggled with many restrictions and requirements. Functionality, size, maintenance, color, design, and price. The Smart Furniture store staff listened carefully and advised the best option for me. I could consider the choice in email contact and by the phone. The Smart Furniture advisor was friendly, patient. I have received very professional service.
