We took Aerofleet cap in Toronto Airport in July 1st to go to an airport hotel. The driver then told us that he will be charging us additional 15 CAD for excess luggage. Our suitcases were not over sized or over weighted and each passenger had one suitcase. He claimed that our suitcases were big. When complained to the company. They claimed that our carryons are additional suitcases??? Instead of handling the situation, they just came up with another lie. Not good service at all!!
