Dr. Mohammad thank you for the way you treat me and my family! You are a wonderful, caring doctor who is always friendly and listens to all the problems so patiently . Half illness goes away just after talking to you. Keep smiling and keep doing what you do so well. Thank you for your advices and concerns ??. Stay blessed ?
This clinic has treated me more like a patient than my old family doctor. I had issues I needed to discuss and not just get a prescription for and the doctors actually listened and worked with me. 10/10 would recommend
It's not the most upscale place, there are often loud kids in the waiting room and the decor is a bit depressing. That being said, Dr Muhammad has is always kind and caring to me in a way that other walk-ins have certainly not been. He takes my concerns seriously, and he worked hard to get me a fast referral when I needed it. The hours are super convenient, too.
Anyone who doesn't like this place really needs to get over themselfs. I wasn't a fan of the waiting area for it doesn't seem very clean but the help was amazing! The doctor was very nice and made sure the meds he gave me were covered so I didn't have to pay out of pocket. I had a very bad burn on my chest and felt very awkward but he was a good doctor and didn't make me feel awkward. Very nice walk-in!
Receptionist essentially called me a liar because shr didn't have a record of a previous visit. Will never go there or recommend. As for doctor- about all you can expect from a walk in clinic. They overcharge for medical reports as compared to Urgent Care.
Very good doctor! He interpreted all my tests and found the solution to the problem I was struggling with for years.
I went in with a sore throat amd sores in my mouth and was told I had a throat infection. I received a mouthwash and a swab saying I would get the results later.Meanwhile I was given the ok to work. I let the dr know I travel for work. I got drastically worse while working and called the walk in to be told there were no results. Went to a walk in on the road and they told me right away it was strep throat and gave me the proper meds. It's been a week and I still haven't heard from this clinic.

Hi there, you must be confused about the locations! we do not provide patients with mouth wash....check again the Clinic you had visited before posting negative comments! all the best
Ive been to this clinic now on 3 separate occasions i believe and every single time I receive poor consultation. At one previous visit i was feeling ill and congested and also had an eye infection. The doc was reluctant to prescribe me anything and had to argue a bit just to get eyedrops. The next day i was still feeling ill so i went to a different clinic and they prescribed me with medince for my chest cold right away. Today, I was in the same scenario except this time the doc mis-prescribed me and my pharmacist has been trying to contact them since 10:30am (its now 4pm) and i still have not gotten the matter resolved. I cant afford to take anymore time off school/work and need this medication to get well. This establishment really lets our healthcare system down.

When I told the doctor my problem he shrugged his shoulders and dismissed me. His lack of empathy made me feel like he didn't care. Receptionist was fantastic.
I have always been happy with the service since the new owners have taken over. Front staff is pleasent and the wait time has never been too bad at all. Dr. are good, especially with my 7 year old.
Expect to wait 15-20 mins, even if no one is in the clinic. Front staff is rude and not interested in patient care. Rude signs are posted everywhere telling you NOT to ask about wait times, and you may only “complain” once per visit. I have been trying to win the situation over with manners, as this is my neighborhood clinic, but today my daughter who has a painful earache, was the first to check in the the 3rd to get consult. When I asked staff if she had let someone in ahead of me, she said no and to keep the door shut, and slammed the door. When our consult was finally done, I noticed the girl who came in after us was standing in the lobby with her prescription. This would have been okay, if her visit was more urgent, but it was an acne consult. Front staff told me not to come back if I dont like and repeatedly refused to give me her name, and the owners name/contact information. When I asked her name, her response was that she didn't have to tell me her name, and asked me if I see her wearing a name tag (sarcasm, as she was not). Any complaints, I imagine, would fall on deaf ears, as any staff this rude knows they can get away with it. The walk in clinic on Wonderland/Pine Valley is incredible, but is often closed, unfortunately.
