We purchased a BGS Home last February and we finally moved in 6 months late in May 2014. There were 145 deficiencies ranging from cracks in bricks to damaged doors. None of these repairs have been made after 4 months in the home. I would recommend you stay away from this builder unless you want a very large headache.
