Sam Song doesn’t have a split personality but his business does. There are two separate parts of Call Us Computer that work together in perfect harmony. The first is the store itself, which offers a wide range of computer supplies and services including inkjet cartridge refills, PC and laptop repairs, virus removal, backups and data recovery. Sam’s store serves Hamilton's Westdale community, including a lot of students from nearby McMaster University, Columbia College and Westdale Secondary School.

The second part of the business is tutoring. “I hire McMaster students or retired teachers or whoever has skills to teach math, science, English," Sam says. He also currently offers English classes online and has plans to branch out into other languages. "My customers are Koreans now but I’m building a new website teaching language: English, French, Spanish and Chinese. One of my employees is working on that project, making video lessons.” In the future, Sam hopes to offer Korean, Japanese, Russian and Arabic instruction as well.
