I went to Best Buy on Sherway to purchase a laptop (1000+$) but the transaction failed. However I was charged $500 to my debit card despite the purchase not happening (no laptop), and transaction failing. I have gone to the store with receipts showing the declined transaction, my bank disputing this transaction many times over a year now. I have receipts to show this too!Still no answer.Very poor service. No accountability and integrity. I will no longer be shopping at best buy for this reason.

I was sent to this location after my local best buy called and was told they had 33 of my the product in store. Once I got there, the cashier was completely clueless .. slowly walked around minimal effort, returns and tells me the product is missing. I ask what she means and i was given a simple shrug and told all 33 of this product is just missing. No sorry, No further explanation. How do 33 products just go missing??! Then said if i can find it online- do that. TERRIBLE

Unable to talk to anyone in your company. The phone just kept ringing.

You would think this company would do something about getting phones answered. Have never come across another company as disgusting as this is. Worst service as you get none whatsoever.

Poor customer service.Dont follow up to address customer problems and almost impossible to reach a sales person. No one seems to available to answer the phone let alone to deal with an issue. Bad move on my part to buy from this store. Maybe if they were on commission they hustle more.
