We were having alignment issues with our car. We took our car to Master Mechanic in Collingwood, they charged us over $2200 for the work, and 4 months later our brand new tires were bald in the back. We then took our car to a shop that specializes in alignment and they showed us all the things done improperly by Master Mechanic.
Front and back tires repaired in two hours.... the girl at the front desk was very nice...Rob the owner was nice seemed very honest...I knew what I was paying before the job was done...no surprises... Happy to get the job done...quickly efficiently...so I could enjoy the day... The other service station told me to come back at 2 no quote...I was home just after 12 by going to Master Mechanic...
The lady at the front desk was very rude. Not only to the customers but to her coworker as well. the mechanics told me there was a screw in my tire and they couldn't fix it, I asked another mechanic to take a look, there was no screw it was just weather worn. Customer service at the front desk was absolutely horrible. I believe the name of the girl was Ashley.. she is the reason this company will lose business.
