It is very upsetting that :I was told to remind the Pharmacy ONE WEEK PRIOR to refill my medications/Unfortunately , there are MANY/ When I call, standing beside the phone for listening about COVID RESTRICTIONS- FINALLY, asked to punch in the medication//s/ CODE/!!! I would appreciate it, if someone bother to advise how to make this call easier and properly.!!Last time I was told in an unfriendly manner, that I FAILED TO CALL AHEAD!! I am 90 years old, driving from the other side of town

I was almost hospitalized for one of the mix ups. I do how ever like Mohammed him and 2 other pharmacist are the glue that holds that place up the rest of the staff are poorly qualified.

This is one of the worse pharmacies ever encountered. They consistently mix prescriptions up, do not notify customers if issues with prescriptions staff have no clue what is going on as there are too many cooks in the kitchen. Very disorganized, no solid records

Totally upset and now I'm afraid to use this pharmacy again. My trust has been shattered. Be careful and read your prescription label when picking up your medication. I was given the wrong dosage for a medication and had been taking this wrong dose for 4 days until I realized that I didn't have enough of the medication to last the required time period. When I called, and spoke to the pharmacist, that person realized that they had made a mistake. I couldn't believe it! Scary!
