Dealt with Karls appliances for repairs done to my kitchen aid fridge. When the bill was settled, I realized the next morning that the bill was $200 over paid. When I notified him, he responded by telling me the invoice has been filed and closed. I attempted several times after to get my $200 back but he ignored me. If you like giving your money away, this is definitely your guy! He is very dishonest!
First service for us. Very good price and very professional and friendly service from Karl. This is a great and reliable business to call for appliance repair. Plus he comes at the time he says he will come (he was even slightly early). Thanks Karl.
Called today to see about getting my washer fixed instead of having to come to my place In Woodlands to take a look at it he gave me great advice over the phone. Saved me a couple hundred dollars in travel time. I picked this company because he had a 5 star rating so I figured that I should write something. Thanks for the advice.
Karl came out today to Grand Marais and tweaked my Washer into working properly until the order for new shock absorbers comes in and he can install them. Yay Karl! Real nice guy, quick response and ontime at 8:30 am this morning!
Karl has fixed my washing machine before, and my wife and I love his professional service. However, today when I called, Karl went above and beyond by telling me what to do and look for, to possibly save myself a service call. Lo and behold, he nailed what the problem was, and told me how easy it was for me to fix it myself, saving me a service call charge(since it's around 70km return for him to come to my place). THAT, is how you properly service your clientele.
I called after hours Friday. Told Karl of my problem and that I was a handyman and that I mostly just needed a part. He told me not that he was trying to turn away business but he would not be able to get the part till Tuesday but if I was handy I could call a supplier including the phone number that I could get services for.the part Saturday. He also gave advice as to checking to make sure if it was the part I needed as he disagreed on the part I thought. He was RIGHT! Saved me over 210 bucks. (I guess I was not the diagnostic person I thought I was)I He said he would gladly come and check my work if I had problems. I checked about his work around town and everyone I talked to said his work was great and prices were very reasonable. I will defiantly use him in the future for actual services.
Had my dishwaser looked at, fast, efficient, friendly, reasonably priced!! .
