Happy Business Customer

I use RipTide for all my printer and inking needs. I used to refill my own cartridges. When that printer died from spillage I asked RipTide what printer I should get to get the best deal on aftermarket cartridges, and they sold me the best printer I've ever had and I'm still using it. The refills are dirt cheap and run forever between replacements. I am a VERY happy customer and I ONLY go to RipTide. I'm corporate and I can't afford to screw around. I'm too busy.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

This company is terrible, they showed especially poor customer service, even by the owner, who argued over a small bill with me on the phone over a job they were unable to complete,TWICE. He said he'd complete the job (if I brought the unit to their business) on a THIRD ATTEMPT, or send me to COLLECTIONS! DO NOT USE THEM. Basically they couldn't fix it and acted all arrogant like a customer should give them 3 chances, and wouldn't waive a small bill. Riptide Computer Resources Inc.= FAIL!!!
