    This company is in the storage locker auction business NOT keeping your belongings safe.10days after commencing a lease agreement I was sent threats to have my lockers put up for auction because my account was in arrears of measly $347.00 dollars! Having to leave the city and go up north for work on a last minute summons, I advised the clerk that I had to leave and Please contact me via phone to arrange payment. No such thing was done, not one phone call. Lockers were auctioned aug18th. BRUTAL!

    Great storage fac...

    Great storage facility, most unique and rare features never seen before. Great location. The managers are superb who keep it in order where you feel the place is so secure. Also every time I go to my locker I can get my car professionally cleaned through the state of the art Shine Auto Wash.

    I started renting...

    I started renting the end of 2013 and ended renting in 2014. I signed papers saying that my rental would be closed. The customer service is awful. David is the worst person I have delt with ever in customer service. He has called me stupid multiple time and has even yelled at me once. Garry on the other hand is the only good thing this company has going for them. When I closed the rental no one went over the details and I left my lock on the locker not thinking. I was charged for two more months renting a locker with nothing in it. When I said I'm sorry I mad a mistake didn't realize I had left the lock on David laughed at me and told me "I should be smarter and to have a little common sense". Garry on the other hand tried for two weeks now to get me a refund which was ultimately shut down. I won't be using these guys again. I would recommend them to anyone who isn't smart or lacks common sense either....
