Toner drawer stuck and no idea how to fix. Called Stephen @ ABTech and sent him some pics and he knew exactly what it was, told me what to do and it worked! Saved me a lot of time and money and having to trek out in the snow. Really appreciate his effort to help me when he did not have to.

I had a problem with our printer and called Steven (on a Sunday). He was very helpful to me and helped diagnose the issue. Problem solved!
