Went to this bank at 3:10 on a Tuesday to open an account. First question was do you have an appointment - No. No customers, some staff wandering between offices. Made an appointment for 2:30 the next day, arrived at 2:10 still sitting at 2:35, I don`t waste their time and I don`t appreciate them wasting mine. They called my answering machine at 3:38. Went elsewhere in same complex and was treated very respectfully - in and out in 35 minutes, 2 accounts set up including premium savings. Nice!
