Called, said he was a little busy but could squeeze me in on Saturday (4 days from now). I will update later, it is not a big job - adding 2 roof vents. Oct 5, Jon called let me know he was running 20 min behind, love that, showed up, right to work, was done very quickly, excellent work, great guy, will definitely keep this mans card for the future!!!
