I dropped off my pea coat (which I had owned for 4 years previously) for dry-cleaning, and some time after picking it up I noticed that the faux-leather trim was PEALING all over the coat. I called them and they absolutely refused to take responsibility for it! They ruined my coat and I feel like I have no recourse. DO NOT go here without photographic evidence of all your items before and after pick up.

I love this place! She is so friendly and very good at what she does. She even fixed my dress i almost ruined with baking soda. 100% !!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Do not use this cleaners. Take your business elsewhere. He told me I was very rude because I complained that they didn't clean my items. He also informed me that they were not "stain removers", like I take items in because they don't have stains and I don't need my things cleaned?? Very poor customer service. Avoid at all costs! Also very pricey!!
