An appointment was booked for a bath. When I brought the dog in, a staff member refused to bath the dog - said the dog has mats. I brush the dog everyday so was surprised to hear this. I brought the dog home - brushed and combed him and found one tiny mat by an ear that I could easily trim off. The staff member did not try to cooperate in any way. I will be looking for a new groomer.

I will never bring an animal here and I will be sure to make it known that your staff was unwilling to help a senior dog in pain due to nail issues. I was not told to bring any records in with me nor have I ever had to anywhere else. Due to the long weekend no one else was available and your store chose to leave her in pain until Tuesday.
