Did not complete the job and damaged our property. Dave (the estimator) was absent during the work so we called to ask him to come back to have a look and talk about what happened and he promised to “make it right” but we never saw him again. We called and emailed but were told he was very busy so we completed the repairs ourselves. 2 1/2 months later we get emailed a bill from Dave for the original quoted amount. Disorganized and unprofessional. Do not recommend this company.
Absolutely first class service was very happy with the work and the professionalism these guys displayed. I dont know what these other people are talking about who are unhapoy. All I can say is if you want someone cheap to cut corners and then you complain when they refuse to do this dont complain about it. I give these guys five stars for exceptional service and reliability and for standing behind their work!
Used their service two years ago and wrote a nice review. There was 1 outstanding issue, which was to have them come back to trim off two top branches as being cheerfully promised. This is two years down the road and after repeated phone calls and emails, I was given the following excuses: 1. How can we do it when you were on holidays? 2. Since we are doing it for free, we cannot just send a truck out. 3. We are waiting for someone in your neighborhood to get a permit (been 9 months).
Worst company ever...I am not sure how they got these 5 stars...completely unreliable as.someone stated earlier. They did come, but did not do job that they stated and I was quoted for. Also, be prepared for a tree cutter who cusses the ENTIRE time he is working. I did have some neighbors question me about it later. They did not finish job and were supposed to come back 2 days ago to finish but they have not returned or answer phone calls. Please look elsewhere if you're looking for tree removal
Dale does a great job. No complaints there. Don't however expect a reply to your phone calls and emails. And Dave, the estimator, is positively unreliable.

The 3 guys that came to remove our tree did a great job! They were quick, courteous and very professional. They left the area clean and tidy. They were also super kind and friendly to my kids. They did an amazing job at a great price. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

These guys were very honest and hardworking ,took down a huge ceder tree hanging over my house.They took all precautions and let me know exactly what was going to be done.I've had tree work done in the past and these guys blew them away.The cleanup was awesome.Thank you so much and again Good job!!!

I would not hesitate to recommend Island View Tree Service. We were delighted with the professional, prompt service and the quote we received was exactly what we paid. We have used another tree service in Victoria in the past, but will from now on be loyal Island View customers. The clean-up was phenomenal - the yard was left looking pristine. I had this company come to my large property and remove some old growth firs. The arborist was very helpful in answering any of my questions. They worked very efficiently and effectively throughout the two days. I would without a doubt, recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done. Harder working and better pricing then the competition tree companies out there.
