Ridiculously bad front desk service. After spending thousands of dollars at this place over the years I made a simple bill inquiry and was treated with such attitude and a snarky, snappy response from the receptionist. Especially since my last cat died here just a few months ago (young, in their care, and died after I spent $3,500 in just one month trying to save him)-is it too much to ask to speak to me kindly or at least with a smidgen of respect?
