    No follow up on warranty claims - beware

    Had a vinyl plank installation done in my basement. While the quality of the work was fine, it was impossible to get them to follow up on a very minor warranty claim. Over a 3 month period I called 3 times, each time I was promised that the installer would get back to me and set up a time and each time I heard nothing back. So here I am writing a negative review over a couple of planks that just needed to be glued down again which they could have fixed in 30 minutes.

    I was so please with the results! The customer service was excellent, the installer fantastic, and my new Hickory floor is absolutely beautiful!!!

    They don't ask yo...

    They don't ask you when you are available, only tell you when they are coming. If you try to reschedule and offer many days, they will say you said they couldn't come at all. I waited around after agreeing to one day, and they never showed up. When I called back, they said I said they couldn't come. They never call you when they say they will, then they act like you are putting them out and being rude for asking when they are planning on coming to do the work. Awful, not recommended at all!!!
