Done a poor job and no after-sales service. Ignored warranty; ignored my emails and phone calls. The only real response I got from the owner after months of waiting was that he did not make enough money from the transaction. Finally I had to deal directly with manufacturer to fix his poor workmanship. Stay away from this irresponsible owner and this company as far as you can.

Very poor workmanship not a very good company to get a job done or work for big waste of time and money I do not suggest this company to anyone not even my enemy

Gas Fireplace Service

In a world where trades people often treat you as if they are doing you some huge favor by taking your hard earned cash it was refreshing to find a company that took the time to actually answer the phone in the evening and respond thoroughly to all my questions and concerns throughout the process. Price was very competitive and he offered easy payment via E-transfer. You will not find a better company to use. Thank you Sam.
