Want to give 1 star to their general phone line, not this specific location. I called 604 985 9264 to book an appointment. The lady on the phone had Indian accent so I couldn't hear clearly what she said. I asked to call back again later and she dropped the phone immediately. Such a rude person and she should be FIRED. Give the job to someone polite and EDUCATED.

The experience here was great! Front staff was kind, responsive, timely. The gentlemen who did my radiology appointment was professional and kind. The clinic was very clean. All in all it was great :)
