The manager is unpleasant and unhelpful. She always has a grumpy "the customer is always wrong" attitude. The front desk office door is always closed, not at all inviting. I have seen her berate customers, yelling at them for making any sort of complaint. The phone can ring and ring and ring with no answer. I have seen her knock on guests doors in the middle of the night. And I have heard several stories of people cutting their reservations short and switch to different hotels just because of her behaviour. Very poorly run hotel, who would choose to have their hotel run by someone so obviously inept? I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
