I was encouraged to buy new frames by Dr Roed when I was not even considering doing so. My wish was to insert new lenses on my existing designer frames which were very costly and only a year old. I felt like this was a money grab by this doctor who I am sure profits from this advice. On as previous visit to explore new sunglasses, I was in the display area for a full 20 minutes and not one word was spoken to me by any staff. I left without without having had any advice or contact with anyone.
