I came last week to repair a bracelet that i had received as a gift this year. The closure on the bracelet would open too easily and i didn’t want the bracelet to fall off. The lady who was working told me “We can’t do anything about it, it’s not our fault” but it is a manufacturing defect and the bracelet is still under warranty. I called customer service and they said the store should have repaired it for free. The lady’s who work here are clearly uneducated about their jobs. Terrible service

I went in cross iron branch to buy a gift for my mother in law but the associate are not accomodating, I'm very furious because they are not that busy at that time, This old lady is very rude and looks like she doesn't want to entertain my inquiry
