I have been going to this particular salon for a few years now and almost always had a good to very good cut and experience...until today. I realize its Sunday and probably the most inexperienced personnel were are duty. But the young Katrina most certainly does not have the personality to be dealing with the public. I am 73 years old and will not be treated like that. She threw me out of her chair & said go sit in the waiting room for the other stylist to do. Vicky usually cuts my hair.

I was shocked to ...

I was shocked to hear that Shaunna is no longer at the Meadows location. Being a former hairstylist myself I looked for a professional I could trust. Shaunna was that person. All the other staff members would listen to our conversations, while doing a haircut themselves, or be chewing gum like a cow with cud. Very unprofessional,and I was upset by the lack of professionalism in the salon.Shaunna was the ONLY one who was professional. Never going back to Great Clips again now.
