TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Why does this branch have a Cochrane phone number. You phone it and you get sent to the TD national call center and have to wait 40mins to talk to a real person. No service whatso ever for it's actual branch members.

The mortgage "specialist" is very undependable. Would not recommend using her for anything. Took her 6 months to tell us she couldnt do it. Did not return emails, was not at all knowledgeable...you get the picture.
