    The healthy way to be healthy

    I used to suffer headaches and migraines. I thought at first that it was mainly because of my lifestyle and work. It was a serious problem for me as they hindered my productivity at work and I couldn't enjoy as much. But thanks to naturopathy from Integrative Health Centre, whatever has been causing my problem was eliminated and with natural ways and a change in lifestyle and diet, I am now healthier and free from headaches and migraines.
