Like the Lottery Booth kiosk near the Source Electronic store, Accessory Cell Phone Repair shop, and the Source they all provide the best for shoppers. I was surprised, and skeptical, to read the review in which the poster claimed to have been charged for work not done. Ive used Ralphs for over 30 years, and my parents for longer than that, and their work is top of the line. The prices are a bit steep, but, hey--one gets what one pays for. I unreservedly recommend this business to anyone who needs leather goods, and/or shoes and boots repaired.

What an awesome guy! I brought in my wife’s boots for a blown rivet and he fixed them right in front of me in about 30 seconds. But the part that blew me away was that he wouldn’t even accept any payment for it! I definitely know where I’m going if I need any repairs in the future. Customer for life. Hopefully next time a paying one. Thanks again!
