Mr. Bedard sent a young, able technician the very next day after my phone call. The young man quickly assessed the situation --- a completely plugged kitchen sink with a leaky pipe underneath --- and proceeded to make the requisite not-so-simple repairs in the kitchen and basement. The results were excellent, the job was done in record time (1 1/2 hours) and the accounting along with the price were very reasonable. I do not hesitate in recommending this company. J. Stalmach
