The employees were very helpful, I had very little to no water pressure, they stayed on the phone with me and went through all the possibilities of a solution before setting a site visit, we were able to find the problem, resolve it without the need for a service call.

Gary showed up promptly to our appoinment, he was friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable my spouse and I felt no sales pressure our water issues were handled with great care and we will definitely recommend this company, we live in rural peterborough and our water has been a major issue and our neighbors have decided to use this company as well! I cannot express enough how amazing these guys are. My system is amazing and if I ever need anything for have a question on how to reset it or clean filter they go through it all over the phone with me and we can always get through it without a service call! I have never had to spend a cent on this system since I got it 8 years ago! Y water is very hard and full of iron… my taps are not suffering anymore at all!!!
