The very best service. If it's a small problem many times they fix it on the spot at at a very reasonable cost. Had their major tune up on my road bike and it rides great. Staff is very knowledgeable, quite friendly and super helpful. Highly

This summer my wife and I decided that we wanted to start riding again, the problem was is that my bike needed a major tune up! I called around and visited Cactus Bike & Ski. I financed my bike thru calgary cycle city . I've heard a lot of good things about their work their mechanics know their bikes and do great work . I go to them for all my maintenance and their powdercoat work is second to none . Their a great bunch of guys

As a potential customer I was greeted with enthusiastic sales people that were passionate about riding and not appearing to close a sale. The first person to approach me was Ryan (it was written on his shirt) who educated me on some phenomenal road bikes and then Big Dave who convinced me that I need a Freeride Bike for the summer. They tell me that they have 4,000 bikes on the floor at one time. A great retail experience and I will be back. I can honestly say that this is the only bike shop that I felt I needed to take a photo of.
